This recipe is for 2 whole goose breast.
Ingredients:
5 Tbl. Morton Tenderquick
2 tb brown sugar
1 Tbl ground black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground bay leaves
1 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Trim all fat from meat. Rub mixture into meat on all sides. Place meat into plastic ziplock and close securely. Place in frig for 5 days turning occasionally. Remove meat and place in pot of water and simmer for 2-4 hours until tender. Serve hot or cold. Enjoy!
Alternatively, Cook in crockpot with 1 cup of onion soup mix for 6-8 hrs. Delicious!
